Use this tab to view base currency, number of tax rates, and tax code details. In addition, you can set the default tax rate and add a new tax code on this tab.

Base Currency
|
This field displays the financial currency with which the TrafficLIVE system operates. This is set at implementation.

No. Tax Rates
|
This field displays the number of tax rates that your TrafficLIVE allows to be applied to an invoice at the same time.

Tax Rate 1
|
Use this field to set the default VAT code.

Tax grid
|
This grid displays the code details. Click on a line to edit any of the code details.
- Code displays the code name.
- Description displays the code description.
- Rate % displays the percentage rate to be applied.
- Rounding displays the rounding, which can be half even or half up.
- Ext. Code displays the external code, if specified. If you are integrating TrafficLIVE with another system (such as Sage), this is the code by which each tax rate is known.
